SMT had decent marketing, was highlighted in a Direct, and tons of articles kept bringing up how the series was related to Persona 4. Final isn't likely to get much marketing, will not be featured in a Direct, and normies won't care about the P4 connection because they already played SMT IV and realized it's completely different.
