So, I've looked at the PR.exe, UNP.exe and MT.exe files that comes with the installer/un-packer and they seem completely harmless.
They are not writing anything too the disk and they only seem to be reading files (probably the packed ones) and they are all using small amounts of RAM and CPU-time.
At worst they are bitcoin miners/sniffers, which isn't that hard too get rid of. As long as you don't have any sensitive information stored on your computer or if you are running with the internet turned off/in sandbox mode, you should be fine.

So, running the unpacker in a sandbox and monitoring what it does. The PR processes make no attempt to utilize network resources, and they have command lines of part##.SEYTER_TEMP_FILE - the quantity and number label of the pr processes changes throughout the unpacking process. Disk utilization and CPU usage once the pr processes start is also from them, rather than the setup processes.
This would kinda suggest the PR processes are just there to unpack the parts individually. As for the MT.exe, I think it's the Microsoft SDK process: "The Mt.exe file is a tool that generates signed files and catalogs" - it doesn't really utilize any disk I/O or much CPU. The only thing fishy about it is the command line flags don't really mesh, but they could just be shorthand the MSDN article doesn't mention, it references the PR processes and it would make sense for it to be used with them to unpack.
I mean, overall, I wouldn't suggest just installing whatever from questionable sources, but PR at the very least doesn't seem suspicious.
