I feel ya, man. My mom was diagnosed when I was 3 and passed after I turned 5. One of the only memories I have of her is crying in the bathroom mirror the day after she got chemo, when she shaved her hair. My dad was hugging her and also crying. They didn't know I was watching. I get that everything's sacred and I'm not about to tell people they can't make cancer jokes, but I just can't. It still strikes me pretty hard.
