I've been stuck on this boss for a while, he's been kicking my fucking ass, but I feel like it's more because of the terrible jump physics than anything.

I'm enjoying it for the most part though. The difficulty is at a nice spot, not too ball-busting while still being challenging.

I don't understand what the fuck leveling up does, though, other than healing. Grinding enemies to heal is pretty shitty.

I just got done fapping an hour ago to the comic where they talk about computer programming.

Harmarist makes great cub porn but this game is pretty fucking mediocre, even if it is unfinished, it's still a laundry list of shitty NES game tropes from hits knocking you back and flying enemies going in random direactions to shitty looping music
More N8 porn when

looks decent. this a homebrew or indieshit?
>>
>>323385504
What's the difference?
>>
>>323385935
homebrew:
>free
>made for others to enjoy
>tries to use its host system's capabilities in a creative way

Indieshit:
>paid
>made to appeal to gaymurr geeks who love "retro graphics"
>usually cash grabs relying on above mentioned point

There are good indie games, but indieshit is always the above

Homebrew - written entirely in assembly language; in this case for the NES or SNES.

Indieshit - written in a high level language, which bloats the system requirements far above those of late 90s and mid 2000s games, much less NES or SNES games.

NES: 1.79 MHz single core CPU, 2KB RAM, 2KB VRAM

Indieshit: 2.4 GHz dual core, 2GB RAM, 512MB VRAM
