Actually, there's a reason why exclusives are the best looking and best preforming games in any generation. Exclusives don't have to function on the lowest common denominator hardware, so it automatically makes them better than multiplatform games.
Imagine what Crysis would have looked like if it had a run on an Xbox 360. Imagine what The Last of Us would be like if it had to run on a Wii.
Do you think Assassins Creed Unity would be as buggy as it was on release if it was built for just one platform? Do you think Fallout 4 would look like a game from 2005 if it were a PC exclusive?
