I played ToS and while I liked it, I just couldn't feel the same thing I did with RO. I guess in RO it was at the point where games still fascinated me and I eagerly talked to people and everyone else was like that too.
It's also the reason why I want to like MMOs but end up getting disappointed. I'm not gonna stop though, I just really hope a MMO can scratch that itch.
I have exactly twice.

MMOs were new and exciting to most players back then and you could tell everyone felt the same sense of wonder and adventure as yourself.
