Im about 30 hours in at level 10, going for a balance of shortsword/dagger/magic/archery
sneak/light armor/lockpick
ive taken out 3 oblivion gates so far, and found about 4 more while attempting mehrunes razor dlc.
Ikilled the assassin in the jail cell and got his lootbut i cant get any farther than him or I get assblasted by hordes of people.
im getting a teeny bit burned out, and im thinking should i take a break from the side quests and push myself into the main quest a little harder?
or continue with brotherhood of blood/thieves guild?oblivion thread
main quest is boring as fuck, thieves is more entertaining

i played a little bit of it about 8 years ago but it didnt catch on for me. played skyrim about 20 hours, but it got boring as fuck, and now im playing this and its so far the best. probably gonna load up morrow wind after i beat this game

I think you use them for enchantments or can sell them. Honestly, it's been so long I can't really remember. I ought to go back and play it soon.

I think you need to give a certain amount of them to someone at some point to proceed the main quest. Not nearly as many as gates there, so you'll have a few to do whatever with.

Ironically the Daedra invasion only takes place as you progress though the main quest. If you dick around nothing happens which i found it to be a very anticlimatic.

I enjoyed reading the books more in Oblivion, with all that comfy ass soothing lighting and great music. Never liked reading the books in Skyrim all that much.
