Honestly, I agree. Especially the final boss.
This was actually done in a much more retro style than the artist generally drew. Bizarre Jelly 5 in 2 looked like his usual stuff.

Well, yeah. People complained about the first game having too many cutscenes.
And you could kinda make a case about the game feeling soulless because revenge doesn't make you feel any better.

The main villian being a relative of generic enemy models that were in a series of silly side missions you grinded in the first game was pretty great as a joke.
Does the second game have an overworld like the first?
I admit that around the time the second game came out, I was thoroughly upset with Suda51 and vehemently hated on him and both games; but lately I've been feeling the itch to play a game that revolves exclusively around boss fights, and No More Heroes is the only thing I can think of.
