Lots of blonde kids have their hair darken to brown when they grow older. Real blonde (at least for males) is just a very light variation of brown hair, which is part of the reason why "dirty blond" is typically what you see in blond males. Most others have dyed their hair. The gene that makes it so that those people's hair stays that color is recessive, which is why liquid got them.

Technically, the whole premature aging could be explained as such:
As we age, our DNA is damaged slowly by UV and background radiation. These damages cause the main symptoms of aging (arthritis, grey hair, wrinkly skin). This is why Dolly the sheep didn't live very long.
A clone of a 30ish year old man would therefore have 30 years worth of DNA damage initially.
BB's clones would grow and mature like normal, but as they enter their 30s or 40s their bodies would act ~30 years older.
Of course this contradicts some of the writing, but it's how clones work in real life.

yes because Kojima can't into genetics. Dominant/recessive =/= superior/inferior. It has to do with which gene is expressed. You have two copies of every gene, and in most cases (this is very general, DNA is complicated as fuark) "dominant" means that if it is present, it will be expressed. So you will only express a recessive gene if there is no dominant gene to suppress it.

Yeah, yeah. There is some evidence of this, but on the whole it doesn't make any fucking sense. I think Shinkawa even suggested that "maybe" Snake dyes it, but the games frequently contradict this. Why would Snake dye his hair when he was in FOXHOUND? In MGS1 he never suggests that he needs to dye his hair. He just wants to get it cut. In MGS2 he has brown hair, too, and there's no real chance of him being mistaken for Liquid anymore.
