JSawyer is mandatory, i never play without it and harcore mode. Nevada was ok, grenade hotkey made explosives actually viable, implant changes were sensible and all the little changes worked. Worth a try imo

I went in as a humble, yet naive courier. Zion broke me until I was forced to "go native". Slowly my trusty shotgun was replaced by melee weapons. Stimpacks became secondary to food and healing powders. In the end, I was running around in White Leg clothes, bashing them to death with my trusty war club.

Dead Money tends to be more manageable at earlier levels due to the level scaling of the Ghost People, Honest Hearts shouldn't give you too much trouble before or after DM and as for OWB and LR, I'd suggest going in after their recommended level requirements.
