Likely but they could probably get something between a ps2 and PS3 open world game in vr. The remasters on ps4 are upped to 1080 and run at 60 with some dips so just downgrade until you get no dips as a base. Then render the game twice and downgrade until you hit a solid 60 on both renders. It'll be rough and won't look pretty but it's possible. The only other issue is that reprojecting 60 frames causes a lot of issues with artifacts if the camera is moved quickly so not sure what will happen.

The game will still have to be heavily downgraded to run both renders at a solid 60 fps with no dips.
