Well to some extent, you have to walk around and collect evidence and then piece it together but if you compare it to LA Noire then it's very, very, very watered down. You also have to talk to people and question some ghosts but that's all just press X to ask question and that's it.

Everyone seemed to bash on this game for not being like the first two Paper Mario games, and abandoning the RPG style for a platforming approach. I hadn't played those aforementioned PM games when I picked this up, and I really liked it, and having played them all now, I would consider this one my second-favorite of the series.

I played it on a decent PC and it was running buttery smooth as well. I'm still not sure why everyone hated the game though.

That game was one is my favorite JRPGs on that system.
I'll just say it, I enjoyed the first five games in the Mystery Case Files series. Casual as fuark, but I had fun.

This was very enjoyable, paid like $14 for a new PS4 copy. Really pissed me off though when I didn't collect everything in the museum and I couldn't go back and I have to restart the entire game. I haven't gone back yet.
