it's silly that gamebyro has obtained the reputation of being buggy. The only reason you might perceive it that way is due to the vast number of possibilities that can occur within the game. With so much stuff being possible, it becomes an endlessly long job of having to debug every single that can go wrong.

Morrowind has an interesting setting, but also a story, a legend plays out in the land.
Skyrim and oblivion seemed to falter in this respect
