It's called Fast Racing Neo. It plays a lot like F Zero but it's weird enough to be its own thing. Incredibly hard game. It looks like F Zero, has the same announcement from F Zero, but it's totally different.

Is there an option for cockpit view? I searched but couldn't find any references.
Also what about motion controls with gamepad? I remember Need for Speed MW handled them well, is this any good?

they are off by defualt if you use the gamepad. on by default if you use a wii mote. change setting in the pause menu
