They'll almost definitely port it to PS4, maybe with some GOTY extras. If you're lucky it might even get mod support like what Fallout 4 is getting.
It'll most likely come out on consoles eventually, but PC is clearly the bigger platform for them and they want to spend time on stuff like mod support rather than porting it. It makes sense given that Long War gave a pretty good boost to Xcom's popularity and that was done without any proper modding support at al.
