DS4s, and Xbone controllers are around ~$40 without tax and shipping with shipping right now with a code on Newegg. Think I'm gonna pick a DS4

DS3 is objectively the best PC gamepad. Why? Because 360 and Xbone controllers are made for FPS games and therefore are obsolete on PC.
