Depends on what you're looking for. If it's 2D fightan, then Budokai 3, Super Dragonball Z and Extreme Butouden on 3DS are your best bets.

On top of that, it has a fighting system that belongs in a 2D/2.5D fighter as opposed to a 3D one, Saiyans that are ridiculously exploitable once transformed and the only way the game comes off as difficult at any point is by giving CPU opponents Super Armour. It's not a very fun game, especially when compared to previous entries in the series.
