Racing games are literally more of a movie than anything you listed, though. They're 100% linear, you can't make any decisions about where to go and are railroaded along a set path that you can never deviate from, even the slightest. Everyone gets the exact same experience, no matter their skill level, whereas in a game like Undertale or TW3 your experience is going to be different if you fuck up certain quests etc.
