What are some games, preferably on PC, that are great for releasing aggression? Something like a shooter with a minigun and gibbing, destructible environments, anything easy to cause destruction without worrying TOO hard about dying yourself.
The best I can come up with is postal 2 and just cause, but neither of those is quite hitting the spot.

Can't say I approve of your line of thinking, but Serious Sam 3 has a lot of quite cathartic violence in it. Fun to blow off some steam. It just has a bit of a slow start.
