Why Nippons can still make a shitload of games on Vita, but Sony treat their own console like a fucking bastard son.
Gravity Rush 1 suffered immensely from being on Vita. The dev team even said that. The game felt like tonnes of great ideas restrained by hardware not good enough to house them.
Gravity Rush 2 wouldn't be able to have the physics they've shown if it was on Vita again.
This is only a good thing.

Look at the physics and destruction in GR2. That simply could not run on Vita, and it's pretty fucking crucial to a game literally about gravity.
