I enjoy my xbox one quite a bit. Probably my favorite console of the gen with gr8 exclusives (im aware most are on pc but im a console gamer who doesn't and never will game on pc so this doesnt effect me)

Backwards compatibility is the first step and only step in improving that they have made so far.
However, I still refuse to support them until they drop paid online ENTIRELY, just like I refuse to no longer support Sony until they drop it as well.

I love my xbone. And that's all I need. I think they're a great company. I've never had a problem with them
I think Phil Spencer is the best and worst thing to happen to the Xbox.
He turned around the Xbox's image and restored faith in a lot if the fans within a year. He's humble, down to earth and listens and interacts with fans.
But he's also too nice and doesn't want to play the bad guy, so he shares all of the exclusives Xbox has with PC, giving people less and less reason to even own one. The fact that he also doesn't want the Windows Gaming store to compete with Steam definitely shows a sign of weakness. A competitor for Steam would actually be a good thing and push PC gaming to better heights.
