I really wish the game was more linear. With the way everything is broken up into 5 minute segments, 2 of them being the chopper, it's annoying to replay. Some missions I just can't do again because of things like a time limit, or being confined to a really tiny area with few enemies, or being presented with one objective waved in front of my face. You can't even replay some of the fun side missions.
It would feel more like the old games if enemies came back quicker and didn't know where you were immediately. It really takes me out of it to knock out enemies one by one, but there are 30 of them.
