The chaos gods don't exist in the physical world, and don't follow the logic of physical beings.
For Khorne to be able to "kill" Slaanesh, he would have to overcome Slaanesh by having more emotional energy in regards to pride, lust, ecstasy, etc than Slaanesh itself. And obviously that's not something Khorne would do. The only way for one of the current chaos gods to overcome another would be if they started absorbing emotions outside of their "comfort zone".

Public quests were honestly some of the coolest things ever.
You just wandered over to an area, and started doing shit like say - killing human villagers, then once enough shit happened you'd advance to stage 2 which was like "light all the houses on fire" and this was on a timer so if enough people weren't doing the quest it wouldn't happen. If you completed stage 2, you'd advance to stage 3 which would be something like "kill the big bad human knight that's here to try and stop you". Complete that and there'd potentially be rewards for everyone involved (because giant chest with a lot of loot bags and bonuses to rolls based on participation).
Of course I'm dramatically oversimplifying this and if you started the game later you could have a hard time finding enough people for 'low level' public quests, but I really wish blizz would try something like them in WoW... which could basically amount to open world raids.

Most people consider dark crusade definative.
Winter assault was the first expansion and remained a campaign driven 'story' type game that was pretty damn fun.
Dark crusade became a 'fight for the provinces' type game where story was only really available on the enemy bases.
Soulstorm was done by a third party... and it shows. There were a few quality of life changes, but overall it was a relatively 'poor' game.
Eldar are HILARIOUSLY overpowered in the dawn of war games. Your 'dedicated range specialist' squad can outfight some non-melee squads in melee. Your dedicated melee specialist squad can outfight almost anything that has courage. Your super unit buffs all your units and increases your supply cap. Your worker can kill guardsman squads all day long in melee.

Oh, and the original dawn of war was a campaign story game too focused on space marines. Winter assault was Chaos, Orks, Imperial guard and Eldar in its campaign all with (mostly) their own story modes. Dark crusade added necrons and tau and became province based, soulstorm added SoB & dark eldar (both of which sort of sucked).
Dawn of war 2 campaign was very fun, chaos rising was also pretty good. These were focused around space marines and fun squad based tactics stuff. Retribution became sort of similar to dark crusade in how it was played, it was less story driven but offered multiple races in campaign.

They aren't. Any race with a soul and psychic presence can feed them.

They aren't. Back when GW wasn't so blatantly jewish, you could use almost any race with Chaos. Some are more resistant to the call than others though - nid hivemind and ork gestalt field. However, chaos cults used to use genestealer cults to help take over planets. They probably still do, but heaven forbid GW allows for chaos [non-dedicated model] units again.

Because they have no psychic presence and are hiding in safe parts of the Webway. They essentially cannot be found, and are thus free to do their own thing. Also, they are pretty extreme when it comes to keeping it that way. Some famous deldar once wanted sweet far seer pootang and captured one. When he took her to the Dark City to be his bitch and the archons found out there was a psyker in their city, they attacked him, killed her (turned her into crystal), and would have killed him if he wasn't such a badass that they literally could not keep up with him and every assassin was killed. That guy carries the far seer's crystal heart around now or something like that.

Not anywhere official. They have their own gods, Gork and Mork. If Gork and Mork weren't real originally, they are by now.
Some people speculate if their bloodlust empowers Khorne, and on some level it probably does, but they don't follow him, worship him, or anything along those lines unless they fall to chaos (which, again, is hardly ever mentioned as happening anymore). Another example of the separation though is that one Waaagh! that went into the warp, got trapped on one of Khorne's worlds where they killed some high up. Khorne was so pleased by the battle that he resurrected both sides to let them keep fighting, which he does again and again, keeping them in eternal conflict. That was hardly a typical case though.

He used to be, back when he had his staff. However, things happened and the other gods took the staff and broke it into peices to even the playing field. Current Tzeench is rebuilding the staff (which is essentially done by making a book that contains every spell in existence, IIRC), but he isn't really close to succeeding yet.
Slaanesh is the current "strongest" god because she has power over all of the chaos gods - all of them live in excess, all of them have parts of her in them. There's a blurb somewhere that covers it, but I can't be assed to drag it up.
