There are some good Scooby games. Not movies but TV.
The first Harry Potter games. Even though they were books first the games clearly follow the movies not the books.

Starting with 3 they were more based on the movies, but I remember the first 2 having characters and plot-lines that were cut from the films. They were also the best games in the series.
X men origins wolverine was infinitely better than the movie.
