The only glaring thing is that it reuses literally all the assets from the first game and doesn't add a whole lot in the way of new areas or enemies.
That's completely made up for by the battle system being vastly improved to the point of being the best in the series, all the characters being better than they were in the first game and the story being a huge (and superior) departure from the usual Tales formula.
Ludger is fun as fuck to play, too. Like, holy shit.
