What are some MMORPGs where you can have NPC companions? Not just pets or summons but NPCs who fight with you. Im thinking about Everquest mercenary system kind of thing. Pic related, this is a MMORPG

Garrison bodyguards completely ruined the game for me. Made me feel like WoW was telling me NOT to partner up with someone and just take my bodyguard instead.
