Rainbow Six Vegas and Vegas 2. They both had this bug where the sound of a specific weapon firing got fucked, so it constantly played the sound. I just muted the fucking game when it happened.
What boggles my mind is that it not only happened in the first game, and was NEVER fixed, the same exact fucking bug also happened in the second game, and was subsequently NEVER fixed.

Fuckin' Ubisoft.
