in the first game, Alice dies sacrificing her soul to saves Yuris. in the 2 good ending, Yuris dies but his soul goes time to the time when he was the happiest and that moment was at the beginning of the first game. he has the memory or the knowledge of what will happen and uses this to save Alice soul and get the good ending in the first game.
in the 2 bad end, yuri just loses his memory and lives with roger for the rest of his life.
