I wouldn't be embarassed because, honestly, it's 2016. Deus Ex was launched 16 years ago, and has been nearly forgotten by history. In fact, if Deus Ex was not continuing in the form of Human Revolution and Mankind Divided, I feel that the series would become nothing more than a footnote in a legacy of great games.
Don't get me wrong, Deus Ex is my favorite game of all time, but outside of gaming enthusiasts such as /v/, people don't know that this game exists. The same applies for the original thief series, or Unreal, or Quake, Blood, Hexen, anything like that. A normie knows Call of Duty and Madden, and a basic entry level gamer knows Skyrim and Halo.
Deus Ex is gone.
Still yet to re-play with revision. Any opinions on it?

game is fucking DARK and the brightness option doesnt do shit. only option is to use software renderer then change the brightness but that actually messes with my global monitor brightness until i restart my PC and then its all back to default what the fuck. game is TOO DARK to stealth around
