sexylabs has the best pregnancy mods. Check there. Just avoid new race mods with pregnancy. You can use them, just dont sexify modified races. Pregnancy mods will create mutant abominations.

It's clothing. If you strip off, you'll see the growth. I think the modders struggle with trying to reflect this in the clothing.
