Last time we got some people interested, so I'd like to see if anyone else would be interested in playing:

A compiled/customized modpack for Minecraft which adds modified movement (dash jumping, increased speed), guns, and a number of worldbuilding tools intended to play Minecraft as an shooter while utilizing it's map editing features (and large library of custom maps) to play on all kinds of environments.

I can't speak for it's community, but I will say the game has some of the best easy/userfriendly worldbuilding capabilities. Also has a large library of custom maps (someone created a complete replica of Shadow Moses Island from MGS1 for example). That plus gun combat in TDM/DM seems like a decent fun time.

Modified movement: Increased speed, prone, dash jumping (UT style)
Selection of Guns: About 12 or so total
Worldbuilding tools (so you don't have to build block by block; also allows for things like sloped terrain)

This offers more capabilities/options for play, as well as the massive library of custom minecraft maps. With this, any MC map can be used as a battlefield which can be neat.

Outside of the community, it's a solid game. With mods you can have some interesting capabilities.
If I recall minecraft's netcode for anything related to combat on servers (even just with mobs) was fucking abysmal. Is a shooter mod even remotely playable?

Thing is I've only played with one other person using this. For what it's worth there were no problems with latency or anything that I recognized.
But I couldn't speak for maybe 10-16+ players as I haven't had the chance to try it.

I'm learning how commandblocks work so I can eventually add a schematics file that will allow an easy TDM spawn system with Score (Kills, deaths etc).
The way schematics work is you can use a command and load them into any map so it will be possible to take any custom map, set team spawn points, etc to allow for more FPS style spawning

The most impressive maps I've seen are the cityscape ones.
Could make for some large scale TDM. Enterable buildings with multiple floors, etc.
