It will either be decent or outright shit. There is no middle ground because Crackdown 1 and 2 were both mediocre.
Gears 4 is going to be the same shit new graphics, the initial reveal being 80% slow walking and talking segment already gives me enough disinterest to write it off.
Quantum Break might be neat if the cinematic platforming is rare and the gunplay evolves past cover shooting with occasional time power use.

Crackdown 1 was only playable because of co-op. It had no content, a terrible lock on system that really served no purpose since shit died so fast anyways. All there was to do is collect orbs, and kill lieutenants and the leaders. Such a short game that really would not have been remembered if it didn't have co-op.
2 is just bad, co-op couldn't salvage the mediocrity of fighting the freaks and doing awful beacon shit.
Since 3 is going back to 1's system of lieutenants/leaders you could probably beat it in 5-6 hours if that.
