Took the methodical and slow combat of dark souls and made it WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too slow to the point of becoming just plain clunky and annoying

I thought it was alright but some enemies turtle so fucking much that it's not fun, especially when they're in a corridor or somewhere where you can't maneuver easily

It's an actual chore to fight enemies in that game.

It has no charm compared to Dark Souls
It had great potential, all wasted. The story was shite and the gameplay incredibly clonky and unrefined, not to mention the geography and enemies rather samey. Maybe number 2 will be an improvement, especially if they have one team working on it instead of two.

Shameless Souls ripoff with bad combat and bad everything else really. Even the fucking soundtrack was a blatant ripoff of other games (the main theme is IDENTICAL to the Assassin's Creed 2 theme). A truly bad game. I hope the marketers that kept posting here for 8 months after the game released killed themselves.
