Blanka's real name is Jimmy; he was a white kid that survived a plane crash in the Amazon, and turned feral as he grew up alone in the jungle. The natives gave him the name 'Blanka' because he was white (blanca), it was only later that he turned green from rubbing plants on himself to camouflage.
There's nothing racist about Blanka; he's not even really Brazilian.
