A hydroeletric powerplant can easily produce more than 2,000MW. That's equivalent to more than 5 million FO4 generators.

Yeah I would say it was the games biggest problem. I thought the one thing we could still count on Bethesdar for was a lot of quests in each town and a few gems among them. I really got nothing out of that aspect of the game this time even less so than Fallout 3 or the last two TES games. Todd found the one area they could still skimp on and did so.

There's a few mods but for the big perk overhauls, the settlement overhaul, the companion mods, really advanced textures and stuff we need the mod tool.
Todd knew it pretty well, he did the bare minimum on every aspect that can be improved with mods and focused on the open world and upgrading his dinosaur engine. But in two years you'll be able to ride mirelurk queen and have entire armies and castles.
