It's an RTS/Sim game. You choose between 3 different nations to play as, Japan, America or Spain. You're basic objective in the campaign is to occupy the Philippines and kill off the natives and colonize the country in your nations image. You take control of all their resources. You're also given the opportunity to make the country better if you choose which is the whole sim game part or you can corrupt the youth and get them addicted to these special banana drugs that make the people work horses which you can use to better your own country. You can also make them your slaves.

Star Wars just came out. Battlefield and Call of Duty is really popular, and Battlefront sold really well too.
So how about we make a story driven shooter where you are the leader of a squad of soldiers which you can command to do different things, change their loadouts and so on. Make an original story, something that happens at the same time as the movie, or shortly before/after, that happened "behind the scenes" so to speak. Make sure that your squad mates are well written and enjoyable, and make the game have tactical depth.
Call it Imperial Commando 2.
Then you make an expansion/sequel set during the clone wars, where you play as a Republic Commando.

It's a 3 chapter action RPG where you begin in a medieval age as a sword-wielding hero fighting an ancient evil. You succeed in stopping the evil in chapter one and then in chapter 2 you're playing as one of the hero's descendants thousands of years into the future in modern times. Once again, you succeed and the final chapter takes place another few thousand years into the future where you have a final showdown with the ancient evil.
