Hello?

tell me why I should buy this game

>bros
dropped
>>322550635
It's a matter of personal taste if you'd want to buy it or not
>>322550796
that's not very helpful
what aspects of the game would make someone want to play it over other similar games?
>>322550047
Why can't we just get a ARMA/OFP clone that isn't multiplayer only?
How hard is it?
>open big world
>military shooter
>vehicles
>single player
>editor
>not shit like arma
Literally all I ask for
>>322550959
I could write a lot about it, but again, what do you want to compare it to? Battlefield? Arma? Military sims in general? I didn't really make the thread to sell it to you 2bh, so I don't want to go into a pitch. But if you have questions I may answer them.

>how hard is it
I'd imagine it'd be pretty hard to make the AI not absolutely shit and enjoyable for you with the same setup
>People that leave their M4A1s on auto
>Squad leaders that have no backbone
>Motherfuckers that can't just say pertinent info over the radio and keep saying Uhhhh, ummm, repeating unnecessary updates
>People that start radio comms with "Okay", "ummm"

while currently a little laggy, it provides a decent balance between the clunky milsim of Arma, and the arcadeyness of Battlefield. Think of it as a more tactical version of the old Battlefield games. Also, the devs are pushing shit out night and day, especially impressive considering its a two man team. It shows lots of promise, something i long gave up for when it comes to early access games.
If i could summarize it? Think Insurgency, with much larger maps, more militaries, "base building/fob building", and vehicles(many planned).
As an added part, when i say it is tactical, i mean you will need to coordinate supply trucks to bring more ammo to people and fobs.

Well I have Battlefield and Arma
Game in pic related had 150 player games and maps hundreds of square kilometers in size back in 2004
>>322551363
>not saying uhh and repeating unnecessary updates
It's like you don't even like comm chatter
>>322551442
now base/fob building seems interesting and is something I haven't seen in a FPS
>>322551272
The AI is actually something I generally praise about Arma *. Its their pathfinding that really sucks.
>>322551659
No I don't. I don't like hearing unnecessary bullshit especially when shits starting to turn upside down. Yelling BREAK BREAK BREAK real loud over the mic to shut someone up to warn of immediate danger works though almost every time. You gotta use command voice especially as squad leader in that game.
>Tfw medics don't get optics in that game
>>322552035
But comm chatter boosts morale!
>When people call fobs EFF OHHH BEE
>>322552293
>when medics lead the group
>>322552141
Don't you ever fucking reply to my post again unless you have something constructive to add to the thread.
The animations are hilariously bad.
>>322551846
its still rather clunky and not fleshed out, but the fundamnetals and framework is there. You can place down sandbags, mg's, those bigass barriers, and even small pillboxes. Its good, and when you're team builds a decent FOB, it truly makes a difference in the fight. What was just a hill is now seemingly a fortress, even if the fob is small
>>322552517
ayyy
>>322552293
Oh shit, I thought that was the dinosaur baby.
>>322552447
>Medics that provide tactical field care during care under fire
Tip to squad leaders.
Instead of constantly hot micing over how many guys you need on you, directly order your men to accomplish tasks at hand.
Tell that specific player or players to move to position, build object, pull security to a direction, etc.
This is command voice.
