From what I've heard unlocking the framerate in PC so it can't achieve 60FPS fucks the physics engine up and also speeds the game up.

I don't know how true that is though because I played it in Xbox.

And Rebel assault 2 had an awesome story with grreat moments. The 2 are some of my favorite star wars games.
