Your starting genes aren't super critical in the long run, but if you want the most early gains, go all metastreum and hit genetic fusion until you've got a build you're happy with.

-Piles and piles of half-baked ideas and the checks and sliders that allow you to configure them

I bought this, Alpha Protocol and Deus Ex: Human Revolution: Director's Cut because they were dirt cheap, no need to be crabby mate.
It's fun as fuck to play coop with voice chat or in a LAN as long as you work together.
Don't expect melee to be viable early on, you'll die. Go with high endurance and agility on your first run, get medium armor.
Research the medkit as early as possible and don't forget to take it with you.
Cloak is a great thing to have. Upgrade cybereyes so it doesn't drain your energy so fast.
Get the BK444 pistol, it's the best sidearm.
Upgrade cyberlegs for sanic.

With heavy you're slow as shit if your legs aren't upgraded and your agility is low. With light you die easily as a noob. Hence medium.

you can do it at higher levels easily, stealth is basically just cloaking and running to hidden spots a lot, oh and hacking. a lot of hacking.
low level stealth is harder, probably have to lower the AI setting inorder to have a decent chance

Personally I prefer sniper (silenced for oper8ing in dude-heavy levels, the big one for dude sexes and helis if I don't bring the bk444) + either bk444 or uzi in fuller auto. Recently been using salt rifles more.
