There is no more HD combos to care for and unless MAX mode combos get crazy and become mandatory for every level it will be probably easy to pick up.

That's always been sort of a problem with Disgaea games. You can just teach whatever skills you want to the class with the highest stats. The monster classes are really unique, especially after they buffed their passives so much in 3, but they're still bad because their equipment is awful.

In marketing they have used the term "console exclusive" for PS4, which usually has meant that PC is an open option.
And in recent interview SNK boss said that their games have done well in Steam.
Also also, I feel that PC would be easier platform to sell the game in China and KoF is super popular in there.

The animations of moves are pretty much directly taken from older games.
