I wish Rockstar can pull more weather dynamic effects and shit. Maybe a game where you change seasons, and snow affects gameplay, the kind of tires you're using, snow slowing you down, maybe also add skiing and snowboarding. But the weather can go back to summer where it's all normal.
I really liked the snow season in Mafia II.
Also after V they really need to amp up the amount of content in the open world. Add freight robbery, home invasions, more interiors with shit to steal, maybe places that are hard to steal, like you needto kill some strongly armed security guys for a bigger payoff compared to the convenience stores you could rob in V.

It's not about realism at all, its about diversity in the environment, and being able to do more with the same setting.
If they could make it so rain changes cars handling, not to an extremely realistic manner, but a bit, would go a long way into adding more depth to the gameplay.

Modern Vice City would be cool as fuck. Miami has lots of Hispanics, Jamaicans, Haitians, gangs, and thug culture. There is also i ton of europeans there. It Also has big Rave Scene with lots of ecstasy and drugs. Florida is known for Oxycodone and pill mills. There is still a ton of cocaine coming into the country from miami. Florida has cool landscapes like the Everglades and many small islands like the Keys. There is alot that can be done if they pick Vice City again. plus they would be missing out on the chance to call it GTA VIce

It's not that I necessarily want vice city again, but it's unique enough where it will compliment the gameplay in the current gen. There's only a handful of cities in the US that feel unique, the rest are just cardboard cutouts. The only other places I can see them taking on are the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area or the northwest.

I agree with this. Chicago and Washington DC and cities like that are too cookie cutter to make an interesting setting. And now that GTA is going to be doing more with the country side you need some interesting rural areas as well. Cities Las Vegas and Texas border towns are too close to Los Santos and that whole western desert theme. Vice City would be the best choice since its unique, its by the ocean, and it has the everglades around it which would make for some interesting gameplay. I dont think they will ever make a GTA of a landlocked city anyway.
