I like tactics because when i first played it i was heavy into tile/turn based games like Front Mission. FF8 is by far the best FF game though.

Tactics Ogre is written better and has a better art style but they're both shit compared to FFTA and FTTA2, honestly this series is the perfect litmus test for taste.
