Does Neptunia pick up gameplay-wise after Rebirth 1? I'm having a shitty time with it having to grind hours before every boss. And Rebirth 3 just looks more of the same.
It's pretty much the same shit every game with very slight differences. I don't remember grinding at all across all 3 games besides maybe twice in rebirth 1, I think you're doing something wrong.

I'm at the part where you fight purple witch bitch to get Vert her powers back, I had to keep my party alive by solely using only CPU forms and stacked on items. But we all died on the second round when she got her powers back. Was it because I toggled harder enemies for the dungeon?

To be honest, this is my first time actually being stopped by a boss, I assumed it was because I wasn't high enough a level. It was just that I was trying to complete every quest and get every dungeon toggle along the way it became real tedious and eventually boring. I'm not even at Blanc yet. Vert's chapter atm.

ANY DLC character will do, they are over powered as fuck and will carry you over
NEP NEP is not a good JRPG, you don't play it for the gameplay, you play it for the escapism and to feel good while it

I see, well I got the DLC characters and I tried maxing out the shares of every city and I still seem to be on the edge most of my time. Maybe I just suck dick at Nep. I'll admit the girls are cute and it was the shitty anime that caught my attention in the first place. But I will say I tried the jp demo of the one for PS4, that was real satisfying to play for some reason.
