Flyable Heart is often recommended as an easy thing to read. It's actually good too, so maybe try it.
Although personally I don't believe in easy VNs. Just normal and hard.
If you want something actually easy, I'd recommend manga or LNs. As light reading when travelling I'm now reading the first volume of Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo! and I can just fly through its pages.
(This might seem illogical that VNs are just normal and hard, but LNs are also easy, but remember that VNs are 18+ and LNs even for younger audiences.)
