Actually it wasn't. Historia is published by some third-party named Shogakuken that has nothing to do with Nintendo.

They make those books for every thing, and they always have misinformation. They're the Japanese equivalent of Marvel/Star Wars "Unofficial Ultimate" guides you see in Barnes & Nobles or Borders.
