Can we all agree that this was the best game released in 2015?
>>322394293
my top 3 for sure
Soundtrack had 3 good songs. Story was memorable, but the fucking nuke at the end. Characters were great, especially that handsome detective Pardo.
That's not Undertale
nah

yeah

meme game
>>322395638
exactly
>>322394293
No. It was a fucking disaster compared to the first one, and its soundtrack was mostly a fucking cacophony.

But it was better than the first in every way.
Hotline Miami 2 is a textbook example of how NOT to make a sequel.
>worse level design
>worse soundtrack
>worse story
>worse characters
>worse mechanics
>>322397795
Fuck off.
I say it had better level design, better soundtrack, better story, better characters and better mechanics.
What now punk?

In other news, grass is fucking green
>>322394293
Yes
>>322394293
1. BloodBorne
2. Hotline Miami 2 : Wrong number
3. Undertale

Shut the fuck up you fucking worthless piece of shit. I would shoot you in the street if I ever saw you, you fucking degenerate dog
Thats not the real Fallout sequel... Underrail

Ever wonder why no one around here discusses HM2?
It's because no one agrees with you.
>>322394293
My game is gonna be a million times better than this
how are those levels coming, /v/?
Biggest disappointment of the year, and that's saying something competing with fallout 4 and mgsv. Then again nobody really expected much of them.
>>322398204
>Ever wonder why no one around here discusses HM2?
confirmed for literally coming on /v/ for the first time 2 weeks ago
>>322398271
Your meme isn't catching on.
>>322394293
Not a chance.
>>322398280
not well because every time i try to playtest my levels they're in slow motion
>>322398340
Is everything a meme?

>le newfag meme
Back to Reddit, my friend.
I guess if you like getting shot by off-screen enemies behind barriers.
>>322394293
Not the best, but it was alright.
Amazing music always helps.
>>322397493
Miami Disco alone is better than HM2's entire OST.

Let alone these:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uR2Eva_lROs

And many others. All HM2 has going for it are shitty memes and the final stage. It's irrelevant both as a sequel and as a game.
>>322397068
And you can go fuck yourself.
>>322398467
Nice try reddit, but I'll say it again
>>322398331
Can we all agree Hotline Miami was an even bigger letdown than MGSV.
At least I had an idea about MGSV, but I really thought HM2 was going to be 1 but with more levels and weapons.
Not shirty gimmick characters and jumping from one to another.
I got to the Jungle level again and said Fuck it.
>>322398331
The only time people discuss this shitty game is when someone makes a thread to remind people that they thought it was a good game, when it really wasn't.
>>322395890
this is some next level indie pretentiousness
>>322398734
lol ok kid
I bet they're your threads
I'm a huge HM fan, I platinum-ed the first and am nearly done with doing the same for HM2, but it is in no way GOTY. I liked it a lot but I think it worked too hard to tell a story and removed a lot of the fun from the first game by forcing you to be certain characters at almost all times. The most fun was when I could be the Fans, because they played the most like the original. Loved the game, but it wasn't as great as the first.

>better level design
Open areas where you either die from some across the room you couldn't see or you just shoot randomly to kill guy at other end of room. Compared to hm 1s level design which favoured planned attacks, and claustrophobic firefights.
>better soundtrack
Soundtrack was as good as even better than hm 1.
>better story
First half is good but gets progressively worse as the game ends. While overall good, the end is rushed. Ending in a "and everyone had drugs and died" deus ex machina. Story just tried to tie up loose ends that the first game didn't have.
>better characters
First game had barely any. So that's correct by default.
>better mechanics
They did add some good mechanics
