Lagiacruz in the water is some Spooky shit, but I got a thing about snakey creatures.
The one with the big rock crown is also pretty cool. the gorilla one from the psp monhun, the bunny was pretty unique too.
Lagi, shaggy, fatty, and agnaktor are all pretty neat looking.
Narga, kushy, and Nerscylla are all really fun to fight.
I really like the end boss of MHX, is basically a giant bone-octopus with tentacle heads.
The heads can dig through monster bones and get different elemental traits from various monsters remains.

Sometimes I hear people talking shit about Jinouga. I know he isn't a very difficult hunt, but he is still one of my favorite hunts, its not hard to dodge most of his attacks, but for some reason it just feels really satisfying for me. He is a wolf, and wolves are cool, and the way he positions his head somehow makes it really satisfying to smack, and it feels great seeing those horns break.

Lagiacruz was the most fun I've ever had fighting a monster, though I only found underwater battles cool in the Wii version when playing with the Wiimote. Fuck underwater battles on literally any other control scheme.
