That's not possible the ansie are all gone with yokuda, there is only barrely any mention of it in Oblivion it's like how they mention Akivir it's just the story trying to give some background to the world. ES3 mentioned the imperial province and emperor non stop, then we got ES4 in the empire focus'd on the emperor, Skyrim/dragons and the shouts were mentioned a lot we got skyrim with a lot of talk of the thalmor taking over the empire. Next is going to be about the altmer/thalmor there was even some guy from summerset isles that stopped time to visit you in oblivion. I'd bet all the money in my pocket next one is in summerset unless they can't figure out what to do with magic since it's been dumbed down to being the exact same as fable series right down to the menue selection of spells.
Holy shit why do people always want everything voice acted? Most RPG's didn't even have that until a few years ago.
