You can turn off that chrom ab anon. Check the Nexus for Dying Light mods. There's a manager in there that I believe lets you adjust the preset graphical options.
I got Dying Light just recently because it was cheap. And I seriously regret not having bought it earlier, after Dead island I expected it to be complete shit but its surprisingly good, its what Dead Island shouldve been and not had its reputation stained by constantly being compared to Dead island as a negative. Very sleight aromas of STALKER in the atmosphere, the way everything is wrecked but not post nuclear, the general attitude of NPCs to the situation, it all feels familiar in a good way. Eager to see what becomes of their fantasy set game theyre making after playing this.
GOTY is a tossup between Bloodborne, MGSV, Dying Light, Helldivers or MH4U. Cant decide, all in all it was a fairly good year.

It was okay at first and mods made it 100x better since they fix the completely retarded traffic AI. I've pretty much been playing it nonstop since it came out.

The driving took some getting used to, the story was forgettable/short, and the overall goal of the game was basically farming "parts" for your car. All of that aside, I fucking loved Mad Max. They nailed the look and atmosphere of the Mad Max universe. The characters were insane and selfish, everything just feels desperate in Mad Max. If you're looking for a driving game with cars that shoot harpoons and rockets (with some easy as fuck hand-to-hand combat on the side), you should check it out. Pretty cheap on release, even cheaper now

Witcher 3's combat wasn't so much that it was god awful, which it was. But that it just wasn't satisfying. Oh hey! I killed this monster 10 levels above me which took 30 fucking minutes of wittling down its redic HP pool. It drops a sword I can't use and a trophy that does literal fuckall.

why the hell are you complaining about health sponge enemies when you set the difficulty to be like that? i tried both games at their hardest, and it didn't took me loong to set it back down(and mod it to a level i liked) because difficulty settings that just piles on the enemies hp/damge is just shit, no matter the game. unless the game gets really too easy late game, but then it have to be fair enough in the begining, kh2fm critical mode is a good enough example of that.

Witcher 3, I enjoyed the other AAA games but the open world, lore, graphics and production quality of Witcher 3 truly made it the best game of 2015. It's also the best RPG I've ever played in my life, this is coming from a guy that typically prefers JRPGs.
My two problems of the game is that it's too easy on Death March and the combat could have been better.
I'm still doing quests with a couple hundred hours in. I even bought a 980 Ti mid-way through the game because my GTX 760 wasn't giving me 60fps a lot of the time.
