I really like the bio-mechanical theme. the angular tree sculpture, next to the central post with support joists made to look like the underside of a tree canopy. And the horse painting... it seems to really compliment his character. seems like he is accepting being mostly machine. Jensen is a good dude. I would like to see him more centered and at peace with himself

from what I recall, the layout was similar. the kitchen was right next to the front door, but a lot of apartments do that. It had the same gloomy elegance of Deckard's apartment, but that's to be expected. Blade Runner has completely dominated science fiction since its release.

I don't think there was any explanation. Probably to physically protect his eyes, since the HUD was likely laid over his vision, and there is no way robot eyeballs can't just adjust to bright light. Especially since you can get an upgrade that nullifies flashbang grenades.

I think that's the main one they're going with. The trailer showed Jensen floating in the water, surrounded by debris, I think as he was monologuing about the consequences of his actions or whatever. Of course, that is the one ending that had Jensen dying, hence why it can't be entirely canon.
Of course, there's also the anti-aug backlash from Darrow's ending, but that doesn't have to mean Jensen sent the message. The whole point behind destroying Panchaea was not to push any particular agenda, but to let people figure it out for themselves. This could just be what they came up with.
